While AI isn’t replacing designers, it can be used as a tool to help the design process and create better results. AI will primarily focus on efficiency and speed.
With an AI tool to help them, designers can produce designs more quickly and at a lower cost. In addition, there are lots of other ways that AI tools can make the design process better.
Saving Time
Human minds will always be more creative than AI, no matter how much technology improves. Although AI may be better at processing data and performing calculations, it cannot understand art and style.

When it comes to A/B testing of certain designs, it’s important to know how users will respond and their preferences. AI is extremely good at analysing behaviour and recognising patterns.
It can spot how users respond to certain designs, and some AI is even capable of reading facial expressions to identify emotions.
This technology can be used to work out the most effective design for a specific target audience, something that was always very difficult to do without directly surveying consumers before.
While there is still a lot of progress to be made in this area of AI, there’s also ample promise for the future.
